The Redbones Blues Cafe has taken a place in the hearts of the Jamaican people. In 21 years the café has injected jazz along with a fusion of multicultural cuisine and created an authentic fine dining experience. Redbones is known as one of the Pioneers of Restaurant Week. “We were a part of the venture when it just started and was known as Kingston Restaurant week. Now it has grown across the country and even internationally. We are happy to still be apart of this movement.” said Restaurant Manager Enola Williams to Food

This RW Redbones has decided to bring back an old but highly requested favorite, their Baked Shrimp Stuffed with Homemade Salted Codfish Pate. “We created this during Restaurant Week a number of years ago when one of the then sponsors challenged restaurants around the island to come up with a creative way to use their company's product - Saltfish.  We were excited by the challenge and created a delicious new appetizer that balanced both flavor and texture,” explained Williams.

Their featured entrée for RW is the Baby Lamb Chops stuffed with Feta Cheese and Herbs in a Peppercorn Sauce. This signiture delicacy is highly recommended and will surely satisfy anyone indulging in the well-seasoned Redbones Blues Café.
