FLOW restores cable service

We write in response to the letter to the editor titled 'While we wait on FLOW' published in your newspaper on May 10, 2018.
We are pleased to report that Wendy Lindo's cable television service was restored on May 9, 2018, by our technical team.
FLOW Jamaica extends sincere apologies to Ms Lindo, our valued customer, for the delay in restoring her service and any inconvenience that may have been caused during the period of rectifying the matter.
Additionally, the applicable rebates were applied to her account and the relevant engagement and confirmation done. At FLOW Jamaica, we continue to ensure that all issues are resolved within the shortest possible time as we are determined to provide a satisfying experience for our customers, who remain our number one priority.
